I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Residence Inn. The hotel was conveniently connected to a neighboring hotel for check-in and breakfast, which made for a quiet and hassle-free experience. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with no hair or other cleanliness issues. I also appreciated the large covered parking lot, despite the additional cost. The staff, whether from Residence Inn or the neighboring hotel, were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, spacious rooms, and accommodating service.

The staff made sure I felt like a nuisance when I asked for assistance. They must have been too busy taking pictures of my room.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Munich and had a fantastic experience. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Secondly, the location was perfect, with a train station nearby and easy access to the city center. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and clean, equipped with a kitchenette which was a great bonus. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the value for money.

There was one small issue during my stay, but it didn't really impact my overall experience. The hotel could benefit from adding curtains or blinds to the kitchen windows, as the morning sunlight woke me earlier than I would have liked.

There was a little inconvenience with the bedding setup, as our room was not prepared for three people, which we only found out later.
